Travel detail: I remember I picked this up in 2008 not too long after it was available in paperback. There's a couple of store stamps (ink stamps) inside the book (please see pictures). One is from "The Book Trader" (in Marion, Iowa, on Collins Road which is the border of Cedar Rapids and Marion in that specific area) and the other is from "Basically Books" in Cedar Rapids (on Edgewood Road). I got the book from The Book Trader. I checked online today and was sad to learn that both stores are now permanently closed.
