Travel detail: Bought this book I think in 2006? Maybe before that, I don't exactly remember. I used to experience what was called 'a witch on my back' or 'witch riding' or what I later learned were sometimes referred to as 'night terrors' or 'sleep paralysis.' Haven't had one in a long time (I think). I once drafted a survey and handed it out to co-workers and anyone else I could get interested in it asking if they'd ever experienced this and by what name it was known as to them and if they were religious or not (and several other questions).
